Guest guest
I found the following statement at www.zerozits.com " Many of us are tempted (and the instructions on over the counter products for acne often tell us) just to treat the zits that we can see. However, a ZIT takes 90 days to form and if your don't treat the whole area that is breaking out and just spot treat what you can see, then you will always be getting NEW ZITS! " I don't know if this is true or not (90 days for a zit to form). The bumps I get, because of the cea, are not zits. They are bumps. Sometimes they sting, sometimes they itch, sometimes they just sit there. They appear overnight or surprise me when I get home and take my make up off. I've been assuming they are caused by food triggers. From time to time I have also suspected the metrogel, but I think that may be just searching for a reason. They are not acne/zits. Just bumps--red bumps. Probably the closest thing I could say they resemble is a mosquito bite. They take longer to go away than to appear. Does anyone get these too? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ eGroups.com home: /group/rosacea-support - Simplifying group communications
