Guest guest Posted September 1, 2004 Report Share Posted September 1, 2004 I have read some of your problems and i can say yes to some. i have had rhumatoid arthritis for a long time now and i appreciate any information that can help, suggestions are great from people who experience it. I find cold works great except on my hands whick the warmth is good, weird huh. I have been on Enbrel for about 5 years now and it works ok, along with mexo chaser. I don't have any flare ups with coffee which i am an addict with...love my coffee. Most of my flairups are stress related even though i am not feeling totally stressed.
