I have read some of your problems and i can say yes to some. i have had

rhumatoid arthritis for a long time now and i appreciate any information that

can help, suggestions are great from people who experience it. I find cold works

great except on my hands whick the warmth is good, weird huh. I have been on

Enbrel for about 5 years now and it works ok, along with mexo chaser. :)

I don't have any flare ups with coffee which i am an addict with...love my

coffee. Most of my flairups are stress related even though i am not feeling

totally stressed. I am 53yo and still pushing the limit so i know it is tireing

but keep hopeful...I am

You have to do what feels good for you so question your doc for help and he'll

keep Arther at bay :))

You betcha, Dr. 's " School of Natural Healing " page 2 & 3.

Pleurisy root is a most excellent diaphoretic/sudorific herb which is

why Dr. used it for this purpose over many of the other

diaphoretic herbs.
