Hey why not use a tablespoon of heavey cream in your coffee

instead of the coffee mate an lose those carbs? Sue

Sue, I did try that, and it didn't cream it enough for me. I should just

buckle down and make the compromise, though, I know. I guess I just feel

like that's the one luxury I allow myself, ya know? My sinful coffee :) And

I am going to check bakery supply shops for the butter extract..thanks Sue!!
