Irene, WOW you are just going through one thing after another. I wish I were there to care for you. It's just so unbelievable that you go through all this with smiles and giggles we can hear in your posts. Take care not to over do. Gosh I dont eat half that stuff anyways, and the stuff on the list to

eat I do eat. See I dont think for me its food induced since I only

get a few a year and that hasnt increased or decreased and its

usually after a hospital stay, I would assume its from lack of sleep

and stress. But thanks for the list I will keep and see what happens.

I am glad your home and all right, you get some rest today!
