Sorry for the late reply but I wasn't able to check messages until

today.

Bul gogi (sometimes pronounced Bulgoki) is a Korean dish. We just

call it Korean BBQ. I used to make it all the time and is sooo

yummy. I plugged in the recipe that I use into the WW online recipe-

builder and found that is has 9 pts. per serving if it is made with

lean beef. Here's the recipe: there are probably ways to trim the

points---I entered four servings for this but that was almost half a

pound of beef per serving. It's usually served with rice so maybe

reduce the size of the servings?

1/2 cup lite soy sauce

1/4 cup Dark Soy Sauce

1/2 cup water

3 3/4 Tbsp onion(s)

3 tsp garlic clove(s)

2 tsp ginger root

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp sesame seeds (toasted and ground up)

1 Tbsp sesame oil

2 pound lean sirloin beef

hmmm..i tried to post a reply to this...but I don't think it went

through. anyway, here it is again:

Yes, Bulgogi is a KOrean dish (sometimes pronounched Bolgoki)and I

just call it " korean BBQ " One of my good friends from college is

Korean and her mom makes the best in town. I make it also, but it

doesn't taste as good as hers. I plugged my recipe into the WW

online recipe builder and it came out to 9 pts. per serving. These

are pretty big servings (about 1/2 lb. of beef each) so maybe you can

modify that. Here are the ingredients---
