Speaking of chicken fat, my

grandmother told me about her chicken liver recipe and it is also made in

chicken fat sometimes they even used duck fat back in the day. She

My question is would this be considered advanced? How much more fatty is

chicken fat from lets say olive oil or butter?

I don't eat too much fat because of my RUQ issue- but I could definitely

use some! I keep trying to find new fats. Like, if I eat

a rib eye steak which I like if I eat the fat even by mistake I am

totally miserable!

" Advanced " depends on the person. As always. I could handle

more fat at two months on the diet than, say, Kim M can even today.

As long as there are no illegals in the liver pate recipe, you could

cautiously try a small spoonful (or less). It's a new food, so

treat it very, very carefully.

Who knows? It might be good for you!
