Guest guest
, Pete is compounding my estrogen and testostorone. Guest guest
Anybody know if you can get 5% lidocaine cream?? My doc prescribed a 2% jelly, so far it hasn't helped and when I checked a lot of the literature it talks about using a 5%, but when I contacted the nurse she said they stopped prescribing it since they couldn't find it anymore, Anne --On Sunday, March 19, 2006 7:00 PM -0800 Tami Schneider wrote: > , > Pete is compounding my estrogen and > testostorone. Tami - I'm wondering if you've experienced any relief with these suppositories? I saw this info somewhere a while back and talked to my doctor about it, but he had suggested trying hydrocortisone suppositories first because of my lichen planus. My inflammation is " better " - that's always a relative term in vulvodynia world, I know - but I still have pain and would like to ask him about the atropine/k/b suppositories. Thanks. Guest guest
Sally, I havnt gotten any of the presriptions yet sweety. The pharmacy is out of state. There being shipped to me as we speak *smile* I did do alot of Atropine research when I first heard about it. I was unable to get a Dr. to prescribe it to me. You know Atropine has been documented to help women with inflammation. I think this would be something good to try. It cant hurt, the most that will happen is it doesnt work. Pete the Pharmisist actualy wrote the prescription that way. When I told him I was on Dee's support group and I suffered from Vulvodynia he suggested this cocktail. I trust in him., and know he deals with other patients who have the same diagnoses. He talks to these women and knows whats working for them. So im hoping this will work.I'll post my results. Kind Regards, Tami --- bkworm19 wrote: > > > > > Oh by the way Pete recommended the atropine its > wrote > > like this- > > Atropine 0.25% and Ketocanazole 10% > and > > Biotin 10% in CoCoa Butter Based Suppositories > > Use in the Vagina 1-2x a day for relief of > vovodynia > > Hope this helps someone, Tami. > > Tami - > I'm wondering if you've experienced any relief with > these > suppositories?
