I wouldn't put a dog on this mattress. $95....dog mattress for a big dog cost more than that. I am not happy with this scratched up bed, either. Now, it looks like my liquid will run out before the weekend is up. My husband is going to call when he gets home. That guy that thinks he runs the place is always rude to me. If he gets rude with Lucian, it will not be a good thing. He is one of those sweet compassionate teddy bear men that change personalities in a heartbeat! I have always fought my own fights, but I am soooo tired. I am ready to be babied a little. I know how it is to want to be in control of ourselves and want to fight our own battles, I am the same way. I bet you and I are a lot a like! I am glad that Lucian is going to call them people and get on them! Have him call the mattress company too! Gosh I just cant beleive you have to go through all this to get a mattress you can sleep on. I would be beyond MAD! And the 02 company oh I would be extreme at them I would go above the manager and I would file a complaint with the better business company. the more complaints they have the better! My pulmonologist dropped them from his group because he was having such a hard time dealing with them. He said that he did not have to do business with such people. Of course that leaves me paying him out of network and that is tough. When I first had my order faxed in for high flow concentrator, it sat in Apria's office for days and they wouldn't bring it. First said that they didn't have one. My husband came home and found me with purple lips and an 02 count of 47. One call from him and here they come. What is that. Why would they put someone through that. Apria is also supplying this excuse for a bed and all my home care needs. As I said before .... everything looks like it came from a thrift store. I was only in the hospital for 4 days and I told my mom,"If I ever get to the point that I have to be in one of these beds permanently, tell them to PULL THE PLUG!!" She just laughed, but I was OOHHH so serious!!! That is the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in my entire life!! My back hurt SOOO bad!!! I think the floor would have been more comfortable!! I hope you find resolution soon and I agree with you. You should definitely fight for your rights!!
