leg cramping & O2

I've read some of the postings about low sats & leg cramping. I

strapped on my portable and turned it up and I've had my O2 on since

I got home from work. I'm going to have to wear the oxygen more

than at night I guess. I used it for about 2 weeks solid after I

got out of the hospital on Dec 22nd and then tapered off again. I

think I'm desatting more than I was. But the pulmo did say there

was bilateral diseaae where there had not been so that makes sense.

Also I quit pulmonary rehab yesterday. I'm still going to go with

my own O2 tanks to the facility, just not in a formal rehab class

but I'm not going to go tearing off from work for 2 hours in the

middle of the day. I go back to work exhausted and sweaty, always

atractive additions to my business-wear & pumps.

You are so right - normal now is not what normal was a month ago. I

feel like the dial on my body has been turned down a notch. That

make sense? Plus our eldest daughter is moving to Panama City,

Florida next week. Her hubby is graduating from Air Force OTS &

getting his " butter bars " . We are all going to Maxwell in Alabama

for the commissioning next week. No stress there. Youngest daughter

leaves this weekend to go back to college in Louisiana but the good

news is - it is her LAST semester. Graduation is in May. Things are

winding down finally with all child-rearing duties.

So we'll see what is new and wonderful tomorrow. Thanks for the info

on the legs.
