Marilyn, is 10, autistic/seizures. He can eat green beans,

chicken (still boiling it), carrots (still cooking 4 hrs) and avocado

and cooked broccoli.

His improvements are not remarkable.

Thanks

jo, I know it's so difficult to not see remarkable improvement since s diet is so extremely limited.  Are you eating all free range, organic stuff?  I am not sure it's really important, but it does help us (no risk of untolerable chemicals for my exceptionally sensitive dd who is seven). One thing I came upon with my journey is the need to vary the food we eat, so we don't become 'intolerant' to new foods.  If you add a more advanced food what happens?  Do you think there is any possibility you could add just a tiny smidge of a new food in the morning and then skip a few days before giving it to him again?  I wonder if this might help broaden his ability to eat more variety (but I am no expert on your son, you are).  I added a new food in a small amount and didn't eat any other new food until we had eaten it several times more over a couple of weeks.  We were able to progress this way into more advanced foods over the course of time.Marilyn, is 10, autistic/seizures. I will look over the list and see what advanced food I could try. The

only fruit he has been able to tolerate is bananas and I really think

he has yeast so I took it out. I know pears are ok for yeast. I just

started him on 1/16th of dripped yogurt and it's not going too well.

he is on no probiotic.

Thanks
