Hi, I think I figured this out;} I am " The Cast Lady " from the

Twincities Shriners Hospital Minn.(the children gave me the title)

Actually I am the Surgical First Ass./Cast Tech and many other things

here.

I am hoping to join your group so we can share expertise and

experience. I attended the Iowa conference with on of our surgeons

here and came away very excited, we had allready initiated the

technique on one of our babies and today will disscus with them the

Tenotomy for next cast change #6. I like you all am so happy to

finally find a more gentle treatment for these little ones.

We have a very significant population of children with clubfeet

and

I hope we will change everyons thinking. I have spent most of my time

since return preparing a report organizing STUFF and
