Guest guest
Seems like there is no sure answer to the milk question. Many studies. Some say whole milk is good (in the prostate cancer deal), some say skim milk is worse than even 2%, some say milk has no negative results in any quantities, some say limited amounts are ok while higher consumption is bad. I have cut way back on drinking milk in general since I'm seeing a possible recurrence of PCa recently. Used to drink a bunch.
Guest guest
This is one I can't come to terms with, skimmed milk is less cream therefore less fat hence should be better than full milk. Better for the heart at least! another diet question Thought I saw recently that skim milk was bad for those of us with prostate cancer. Did I read that right? For past couple months I have been eating lots of yogurt because my primary doctor said it was good for my digestion and more regular BM's.My favorite is Yoplait which has lots of really ymmy flavors. But it also has skim milk. Alo has Calcium and Vitamin D which would supplement the pills I already take for that. So should I quit eating that?Dave H.
