Guest guest
The Betadine is the orange/brown liquid. It does not stain. It looks like it will stain, but it washes out in the washing machine. Try purchasing some inexpensive bulk washcloths. I found some soft ones at Walmart. A pack of 12 was $5.00. >>>>Hello Everyone, I just joined this group yesterday. In fact I just found out about this type of rosacea yesterday. I am in my 40's and I started getting the red face look probably about 7 or 8 years ago and it is just getting worse. I thought it was just something I would have to live with. I have read so many of the web sites between now and yesterday, that I need to slow down and absorb what I have read. I have already changed a few things I normally do and I dont know if it is my imagination or what but my face doesn't look half bad today. I did not drink my coffee this morning, (I just couldn't handle cold coffee), I have drank 3 32 oz. cups of ice cold water, didn't take a hot shower like I normally do and I ate my meals really slow. (I woof my food down normally) Am I just imagining this or has anyone else noticed improvements with what I have done? I am really anxious to try the cetaphil and betadine. What kind of betadine to you use and how do you use it? The only betadine I know of is the stuff that is very dark and stains? Can someone please explain this for me? I have no insurance and no money at this time to visit a dermatologist. (At times like this is when I wish I was rich.) I would really appreciate any advice or ideas that people have had success with. TIA............Judy
