Hi Cait,

I've had some stomach problems off and on - mostly when I was on

Methotrexate. Here are a few things that helped me:

- always make sure you have some food in your stomach when you take

the meds

- if any kind of food or drink tends to upset your tummy, don't eat

it at the same time you take your meds

- keep Tums handy and eat a few if your tummy feels off

- Peppermint tea is very soothing to the stomach and has no caffeine.

If you continue to have problems, be sure to ask your doctor. I was

on voltaren for awhile, and remember my doc saying that it was one

of the tougher NSAIDs as far as the stomach goes. He may want to

change your meds, or give you something else to take along with them

so they don't bother you as much.

Hope you find relief soon - it's no fun feeling yucky like that all

the time!
