How many meals a day?

Just curious as to how the rest of you are eating and I imagine it

varies widely by stage and level of activity. However, I haven't eaten

more than two meals in any day in as long as I can remember and many

days just eat one. I know someone else here who eats very little but

while I need to lose weight and aren't, she doesn't need to and is. Of

course, I know, even with my few meals I need to get back on a decent

diet.

So do you eat three normal meals, more small ones, fewer normal ones,

lots, very little?
