Guest guest
Peggy... I'm not real sure...it's something to do with blood vessels. The tips of her ears have little tiny "chinks" gone. And some sort of 'thickening' down each side of ears. Lots of hair loss. Dermatologist says it's not uncommon for Doxies to have hair loss. Especially for runts, which she was. The vasculitis is caused by not enough blood circulation getting to the tips of her ears. This is the simple version. We took her to two vets before this dermatologist. It will be 30 to 60 days to see a marked difference as the anti-biotics slow down the problem and then reverse it. It's been only 9 days right now. It "looks like" something has taken a tinny bite out of the tip of each ear. Thanks for asking about her. Mama-Sher, 69; IPF, 3-06, OR.Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Re: To Gwynnie Sher what is wrong with Lola? Vasculitis ??? Whats that? Love and Prayers, Peggy ipf 6/04 Worry looks around. Sorry looks back, Faith looks up.
