Sandie, I haven't forgotten about the diet for the Migraines Headaches, tommorrow or Wednesday, I will try and find it for you. There's has been an emergency and right now I'm feeling like crap and I'm swollen.

Yes lets plan on doing somehting I got it on my calendar and will

talk to my uncle about me coming to visit. I just seen him over new

years and he said you never come to visit me anymore. He and his ex-

wife did a lot of raising me so him and I are very close! Gosh I am

excited!
