Hi ,

You may have gotten some responses off list.

Eggs, nuts, yogurt, and cheese are all good sources of proteins, if

that is what you are worried about.

Most of us on this diet are not vegetarian.

Hi ,We are not vegetarians so I can't be a whole lot of help but wanted to let you know that there is a vegetarian main dish section in Raman Prasad's new SCD cookbook, Recipes for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. There are 8-10 recipes. I'm not sure if it is okay to post the titles of the recipes. I think it would be but I'm not certain so if someone can give me the green light on that, I'll be happy to post the titles (titles only). The pizza crust everyone has been raving about lately is in this section. We have tried it as well and it is very good. Everything I've tried from his book has been wonderful. For those who miss Asian style food...the Kung Pao Chicken is out of this world good! We replaced the peanuts with sesame
