I wonder just how close these studies are to finding the answers they seek - but the basic data so far certainly demonstrates clearly what has been said by those who espouse Active Surveillance that most PCa is an indolent disease. If this is confirmed by subsequent studies what a relief it will be for thousands of men each year.
