Hi Jodi,It's not legal. This is what I found,---------Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) is a modified cellulose gum (cellulose is

also known as plant fiber). In foods, it is used as a stabilizer,

thickener, film former, suspending agent and extender Applications

include ice cream, dressings, pies, sauces, and puddings.......http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/wholebody/ingredients/carboxymethyl.html---------Cellulose gum is illegal. You may try Freeda vitamins. They make an SCD legal multi-vitamin, B complex with C and zinc and a calcium supplement. Their website is, http://www.freedavitamins.com/ It doesn't list the ingredients though. You may have to call them to find out. Lucy's Kitchen Shop, http://www.lucyskitchenshop.com/freedavitamins.html carries their multi, B complex and the calcium supplement.Hope this helps.Best wishes,Kim H.husband, , CD 1999SCD 2002 legal vitamin c? verify ingredients!

Thanks Kim,

Regrettably, I already took it since I was advised it is legal. But

that is ok- I am just having some D and intestinal pain. Nothing

major though. Just annoyed I am not more scientifically oriented to

understand these things on my own.

Thank you for the information and explanation! This helps me learn

what it is I need to understand and look at.

Hey Kim,

I hope you don't mind that I posted your reply about the Vitamin C

over at pecanbread.

I should of asked before I posted!

I'm sorry. Just thought of that now and I did it a little backwards.

I hope you don't mind. If so I apologize!
