Polly-o has a twisted cheese now....I bought the cheddar and mozzarella and it is really good. Marilyn
Guest guest
I tried the cheese thingy on wax paper and I got to eat some carbs with my cheese. . .lol. . I used mozerella and it was awfully soft in the middle and very greasy. I didn't try any other type of cheese. Guest guest
the longer you nuke it and depending the thickness of the cheese is how crispy it becomes it can be rubbery if it is really thick. or crispy if cook for a couple min. --- Mollie Sternburgh wrote: > > > Got another cheese question.... doesnt microwaving > the slices make the > edges rubbery? what about baking the slices.. > anyone tryed that before? > Mol > anyone tried it with colby or cheddar? > > ---------------------------

Guest guest
I am spoiled rotten, cause we own a catering business, and we make our own mozzarella every day....when it's warm and fresh made, it is to die from.....chris, our decidedly unItalian cheese flinger wraps it around basil, prosciutto and tomatoes, so when you slice it, it has these beautiful patterns in it.....mmmmmmmmmmm beats toast for breakfast anyday! ><< Any of you guys eat string cheese, like mozarella, etc. I thought it might >be > a good snack. !!!!!!
