Guest guest
Yellow, Could it be like hot flashes??? My face gets all hot when having a hot flash which means we need some hormones. I am trying natural hormones as much as I can and you just rub it on.... Check out Dr. Lee's book about Everything the Doctor Does not Tell you about Menopause.... Good stuff. I believe our hormones are all tied in with the RA thing, too.... Kay ----- Original Message ----- From: yellow dancer Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Monday, September 27, 2004 5:44 PM Subject: Insurance ? If you don't mind, could you guys give me a little advice from experience (all experience) on which companies offer the best individual insurance ? and for those who know to pray, could you pray for me one more time? I just was told that I'm marooned in IL for one more week! I'm on the edge of my nerves, since I need to continue my job search there and keep up my courage to see the Dr. when I finally get there. I'm not sure what's right and wrong about my life and times anymore, I'm just a lot tired and a little more frightened. Last night, my mother suggested I use ice to cool my (strangely not feverish, but) uncomfortably hot face and neck... It worked and I was somewhat surprised, since even after cold showers and lots of water, I've had this 'hot head' (LOL) since July or so. She checked my temp and was very skeptical about my contestation that I had a 'fever'... Does anyone else feel that strange hot feeling? It must be that the rest of my body temp has declined and my head (which i think is always a little warmer than the rest of the body, but feels like a stove to the touch -- mostly evenings) has stayed the same. ? Anyway, she pretty much said she didn't want me to see a Dr. with a lot of psychosematic (sic?) symptoms... It didn't bother me that she said that. I know she wants to be sure that it really isn't all in my head... or just a fat lady issue...() Still, I'm anxious to get my life back to some level of stability. So, first order of the day? Find Insurance plan/Paying Job (LOL) and then, maybe, a Dr. Thank you for listening to my crazy days! My brother (with whom I live in MI) is being deployed to N. Iraq/Turkey in a few days. You pray for him, please. He's a good man. Love to you all, Yellow __________________________________________________

Guest guest
hi, Kay! I certainly agree with you; Dr. Lee's books are tremendous! I also use a hormone cream, take a women's wellness tablet (has green tea and soy, etc.); also I take a capsule of evening primrose oil daily. all have helped greatly. the other times I break out in a sweat is about 20 min. after I take my pain medications - whammmmm! gentle hugs, MarciaKay Simpson <Siwelyak@...> wrote: Yellow, Could it be like hot flashes??? Guest guest
thank you Kay for the suggestion, although I think i'd just walk out onto the ice if I found out I was going through menopause. i'm still 27 and unmarried and i don't think i could handle a life change as serious as that right now... even though I know early onset happens. love yellowKay Simpson <Siwelyak@...> wrote: Yellow, Could it be like hot flashes???
