Hi Alison,

MIL lives on the Isle of Sheppey so DH and I are well used to visiting and

returning from that neck of the woods. DH recommends clockwise as his

personal choice although I agree with that at that time you

shouldn't experience any/many problems.

AND

Hi

Are you Chertsey way then? I am J1 of the M3, not so far from you.

I used to work on the Isle of Sheppey once (probably the only person who did),

and I visit quite regularly now a good friend of mine has just moved to Minster.

Hi ,

I'm actually in Woking these days although I used to live in Staines. Not

far at all really!

I know what you mean, but I think the Island is up and coming now, they

certainly seem to be pumping a bit more money into it.

Oh, we have a few friends in Minster, not the family is it?

Er, no. Name of , maiden name . Her parents have lived there for

quite some time, as does her brother and his family.

Hi ,

If you mean house prices, expensive although it appears to have bottomed out

recently. For example, a 5 bed extended semi across the road from me is on

the market for around £200k and the 3 bed semis go for btwn £160 to £200K

depending where in Woking you are looking.

If I am completely off topic, , let me know and I will revise!

Yep, it was house prices - sorry to be so vague! Thanks for sending those

details. It's all so expensive around here at the mo, Woking sounds fairly

much on par with prices here and DH and I still can't agree on a place to

move to....

Aaaah well, no new house, then no new baby :-(
