Hi Trudy,

I have been having the same problem, but I think it's because I drink so much water I am too full to eat. This week I didn't drink as much and I have had more appetite, but I am suffering with the sides this weekend. I know its because I cut back on drinking, but it was great to eat more!! Your damned if you do and damned if you don't with this tx!! Glad you are working into it, I have a to say it helps to have a routine and stick to it. Rest as much as possible!!
