Guest guest
Hi Sandie, not sure where we read that about the aspirin and Alzheimers...my Chaz is always finding things through his research. He has high blood pressure and Type II diabetes, so he's the one who does most of the researching. I usually look for articles about my PF or one of my AI diseases. I'm not sure that there is definitive proof that the aspirin is a culprit. We've also heard that aluminum cans and such can contribute to Alzheimers.... I've told Chaz that I can't live my life being afraid of this or that thing causing this or that disease..... Remember when eggs were bad for you, and now they're not? Or coffee? Or chocolate? I think we just have to do what is best for our body at this moment, and in my case the aspirin makes sense to help prevent a TIA or " the big one " ..... I'm fairly certain the PF will get me before any other disease, so it's almost not a concern for me if I take baby aspirin every day.... Please don't let me alarm you. Sometimes I type first and think later... Hugs! Babs in Texas > > > > > > > > > > > > Good Morning! I have been a little busy this last week.
