I just dont think some one has to go through all that. Now you

know if everyone knew what kind of a company htere where when they

were healthy you know something would have gotten done because

everyone would be complaining! Very sad you always got to call and

complain.

I think everyone should file a complaint wiht the better business

bureau!

I hope your taking care of yourself!

though they were not even half empty. He didnt speak to me this

time. He filled the tank, handed me the papers to sign, and left.

The papers said he would be back Thursday. I guess he is mad at me.

But at least I know that all the emails etc. made a difference. Now

we will see how long it will last. Also, another problem with them

that has to be addressed again. Since I have had my transtrachael

surgery, Apria is supposed to supply the equipment for it. You see,

every other month, you need new hosing and catheters. The Dr. sent

in the script long ago, we reminded them long ago, but it is time to

change it and so far....no supplies. My husband is contacting them

today again. Lets see what there excuse will be this time.

Sure he is mad, but at least you got the deliveries worked out for

the time being. Now, the other issue, I can only imagine the

nightmare it may be. If we think they are bad on basic items, when it

comes to special ones?

But good luck in the battle and at least glad you have enough oxygen.
