You'll not be please to know that the bug gets more annoying as it gets older! Particularly aggravating when combined with the new strain - the " Mia " bug. Guest guest
On the subject of computer viruses, has anyone else got that annoying " Caitlin " bug, where a baby crawls over and presses the off button? It causes the screen to go black, and you lose anything that you haven't saved. Guest guest
I have a Kieran bug which is very similar to the Caitlin bug but also delights in inserting floppy discs into the CDRom drive! However it is the new variant bug which is more annoying, since the weekend every time I go near the PC it pops up and asks " Can I play Lara now? " Surely 4 year olds shouldn't know how to play Tomb Raider? Cerys

Dh's pc has teh " Georgi " virus which activates the space bar, causing your cahracter in a gane to jump in the air, therby alerting the enemy of your presence!! Both bugs are spread by allowing small children on your knee while pooting. Angi

Guest guest
I too had an annoying Luke bug followed by a tedious Zachary bug, both cured by getting them their own computer!! Have to confess that we didn't actually buy one, but Time Computers accidentally sent us a new tower unit instead of a replacement modem. Seeing as so many of you appear to have PC-using kiddies, perhaps you could give me the low-down on suitable educational or just fun software ? What are the most popular titles ? I'd like something quite simple for , suitable from about 12 months upwards. Haven't really found anywhere online that sells children's software - any ideas anyone ? Cheers, -- Clare Lusher. Guest guest
The Teletubbies CD is about the earliest, and IMO, I wouldn't bother before age 2. They are just a pest with the computer before that age (and above it too, when they have tantrums if not allowed to monopolise it). Decent CDs are expensive, but you can play some of the games online at http://www.bbc.co.uk/teletubbies There are also good ones at http://www.nickjr.com and for older children at http://www.yahooligans.com Joyce ============ http://clik.to/ourphotos Seeing as so many of you appear to have PC-using kiddies, perhaps you could give me the low-down on suitable educational or just fun software ? He's besotted with TTs already as it is... My DS (21 months) still loves TTs, has done for well over a year now. When he is ill and constantly moaning it is the only thing which will pacify him. With mine I'd say forget the breasts and cuddles etc. give him TTs any day!
