The " creme fraiche " or " creme freche " referred to is

SCD yogurt made with full, legal cream. (You have to watch out for

carrageenan and other weirdies, especially in light or heavy cream.

Organic is less likely to have it, but still read the labels!)

I also have a lemon ginger cream, and and egg nog ice cream recipe, and

I've got to find which SAFE place I stuck the butter pecan one. My dad

really liked the butter pecan. (My mom liked the lemon ginger.)
