(You have to watch out for carrageenan and other weirdies, especially in light or heavy cream. Organic is less likely to have it, but still read the labels!) I also have a lemon ginger cream, and and egg nog ice cream recipe, and I've got to find which SAFE place I stuck the butter pecan one. My dad really liked the butter pecan.
