Guest guest
hi all, been catching up reading the posts as i've been a bit busy. hallo kerry great to see you here and thanks for the update on joyce. i'm so sorry she is having to get more tests and stay overnight in hospital. i obviously hope the outcome is as best as it can be and that any hypertension is minimal. strange that she had to pick that up herself but maybe that means she is not so far down the line with that. we can only hope. irene poor you. what an experience and to lose so much weight. you need to pile into the ice cream girl even if you are not hungry. i'm sure you can't afford to lose that much. i was going to mention earlier that i couldn't see a photo of you. do you have one to post? its really nice to put a face to a name. i imagine you tall and slim with short blond curly hair. why i dont know. zena my consultant did pre-transplant evaluations over a period of weeks. bone density, stress test, a heart thingy etc and sent it all away to the tx centre. i will go to newcastle. she expected them to contact me direct but in the end they contacted her to say that they are happy to see me for next stage but that i need to have my weight at a bmi of 30. so thats where i am at moment. trying to lose enough to get me there and i'm just over half way there. i am sure they will still want more off once the tests get underway but at moment am just concentrating on getting to bmi of 30. just thought i'd pass that on. is your bmi around or under 30 anyway? peggy i am going to copy you as i am sure you wont mind. i am going to make a prayer box and put people in just like you. i think that's a great idea. i am sorry you and john were shaken but i suppose if you are going to have a car accident that's the kind to have.. linda your house looks lovely. very roomy and your kitchen is just wonderful. i love having no stairs and being all on the one level. mary-beth your house is great too. ive looked forward to seeing it finished since we saw the frame. i've not seen ceilings like that before over here. leanne i'm really happy you and mary-beth have a sunshine trip to look forward to before san antonio. peggy will have to start making the sweeties again. tina, sandie, gina i really appreciated your back stories. i've no talent for forensics but would be quite happy working in a book store. tina, i'm sure time will take care of the bedroom. luckily your son is only 5. you all just need some time. your mother did a wonderful job didn't she with her stepson. she deserves some kind of award. i hope everyone else is keeping well and those that are going to san antonio are excited and ready for mischief. i wont be there alas but will enjoy you all enjoying it as i did at chatanooga. i have the wedding on 1 june. well, i for one am glad january is just about over, it seems to have went on forever. it always seems such a dreary month to me and too early to look forward to spring so welcome february. may uip 0606 glasgow, scotland
