Guest guest
I have this. I went to an ear nose throat specialist. He put me on antivert and it really helps. He also gave me this exercise to try. Mine is always only on one side, the right, all the time. I lay down on the bed, and put my head over the edge. I hold on and let everything SPIN. It gets very intense. Then I sit up after the dizziness has passed. Then I repeat this about 4-5 times. The more often you do it, the more it works itself out. Do this 4-5 times 3-4 times a day. In a few days you'll feel much better and it will be gone. Inge

Guest guest
I get bouts like that sound like this, my GP told me it's vertigo. They think it's either a reaction between my meds or when my neck is inflamed. I used walk like a crab my balance was so shot ! My GP gave me Betahistane and it helps a lot. But if they can't say for definite it's vertigo with you, they won't be able to try meds for it. Has anyone mentioned vertigo to you ? if not, maybe mention it next time you see a doc.
