Guest guest
, congratulations on your grandson. I can't wait for a grandchild. Guest guest
One thing of interest to me is that the FDA has recently approved a study to determine if ADT for extended periods post surgery contribute to cardio vascular side effects. I have been on ADT for a year and am taking a break because a low PSA while on it shows that hormone sensitive cells are surpressed but is no indication of those that are not hormone sensitive. I will wait six months to clear the zoladex from my system. If my PSA goes up I will resume the ADT. If not, I will not resume the ADT. I have had surgery and salvage radiation but it is somewhat nerve racking not to know if the treatments were sucessful. In my opinion, my loss of sex life while not ideal does let me enjoy many other aspects of life.
