Pecans are easier to digest for some people than almonds. should i just make that recipe with pecan flour or is the flour form harder than butter form to digest with nuts???? You can make the recipe with pecan flour, and it does make a tasty bread. The butter form of nuts is ground significantly finer than the flour form of nuts, and so the nut butters are easier to digest. (Be careful with regular almond butter as it often has the skins ground into it.) also should i continue lyosan with chicken soup or will that make getting back on course harder?? The next time you attempt almond flour, process it until it's butter and see if that helps you any. Are you asking if you should take a probiotic while eating chicken soup? There shouldn't be anything wrong with that.
