Guest guest
Dee and Hollis----I'm sorry I waited to answer this. Dee, I do not know anything about the difference between the use of bioidentical hormones sublingually and the use of them topically in terms of effect. Actually I did try to get my Dr. to give me the sublingual form last week and she said that my SGHP needs to come down a little first. She said that oral forms tend to bring the SGHP up a bit. She gave me nutrients to bring it down. I do use 2 different strengths of Testosterone cream. Dr. Nyirjesy, vulvar specialist, gave me 2% T cream. I use a tiny amount of that strength on my 6 o'clock and vulva, 2 times a week for LS. Dr. who prescribes my bio identical HRT, gave me T cream which is 2.5mg per gram for my whole body effects .. At first I thought I could just use that 2.5 for my vulva but it didn't help!! I checked with the pharmacy and this is what I found. I found that the 2.5 mg. per gm. is actually a .2% (point 2 %) strength. The cream that I use to toughen my vulva is a full 2 %. Is that a better explanation? Hollis---This is my pharmacy--Professional Arts Pharmacy 1101 Rolling Road Baltimore , Md. 21228 1- I hope this helps!! Sandy NJ
