Hi.

I run a lot but have not had spasms while running. If I'm having a bad gut day I either cut back on mileage or make sure to have a port-a-potty somewhere along my route, and adjust my speed to what's comfortable. Or just skip a day if it's that bad. Really, you just have to listen to your body and what it's ready for.

hi all - is there anyone who experiences spasms in the digestivetract? with me, it seems to also induce acid reflux, and it alsocoincides with air trapped in my abdomen (thus bloatedness as well). i've begun to do mild jogging and walking since last week. overallit's made me feel great, but i do find that the spasms and refluxincrease during the run. has anyone experienced that? any suggestions?thanks in advance.
