Yes, I take Zoloft for my depression but do not see a therapist, currently.

I did for about a year a couple of years ago and found the entire exercise

useless. Previous experiences with Psychologist and Psychiatrist have left

me with a sour taste in my mouth. I think I'll respectfully decline the

invitation to seek therapy. It may work for some people, but not for me.
