Wish I could say I were packing for the trip with you

guys, but I'm packing for the transplant center at

UT Health Science Center, San . We leave

tomorrow and I'll be back late Friday. Just so you

guys know where I am. I'm a little nervous.

Thank you so very much for the news about Joyce.

She's been on my mind all day long. I'm sorry to

hear about your decline in the last year, and I can

certainly identify!, but I'm glad you're getting help,

using your 02, and doing some exercise. I know it's

hard with kids as small as yours, but you're a strong

person. I'm very sorry to hear about your mother.

I used to eat a lot of canned green beans, but I always

rinsed them off first to get rid of some of the salt.

Just a thought for you, mister canned veggie person.

Have you ever thought of using Diet Gourmet? They're

in Dallas - in fact over there they deliver right to your

door - and it's usually pretty decent food. Lots of

lowfat and organic meals, and reasonably priced. It's

especially good basic stuff if you're trying to lose some

weight, which I am always trying to do.

It's good to hear that you're home I guess. I just want

them to peg what wrong with you, and for you to get

some adequate rest and relief. You've been in my

thoughts so much lately. It's incredible what you've

been through. I hope you feel better each day than

the day before. Take care of yourself!

To all of you who are fairly new, you've all been such

a tremendously valuable addition to the site. We've come

to depend on your posts and to care deeply about you.

I'm feeling such overwhelming gratitude for this

fine group of people and the love and support we show

one another. If it were possible, I'd be visiting sooo

many of you. And maybe I'll just do that one day!!! I'm

not going to put a photo in Bruce's new album, because

I'm planning to have another lunch with him before he

goes to San , and we'll have someone take our

picture. I told him I'd make him smile in this one!!! I'm

so jealous of all the little trips you're all planning and

the get-togethers you've got coming up. I'll be with

you in spirit, that's for sure.
