I have begun Atkins' induction today. I have done pretty well.

This is the second time for me. Last time I gave in and binged on all

the goodies and sweets I could pack into my poor body. Needless to

say, I gained the 19 pounds back and then some.

I tend to bloat after meals which makes me look pregnant. And I am

always on the go so I have little time to prep amazing meals. I have

3 kids at home NOT eating this way so that is tough. I think all I

need is the willpower to stick with this and when I see the results...

I have 38 pounds to lose. I want to obtain this goal by my 30th

birthday, (mid May). HELP!!
