Guest guest
Gor a followup CT from six months ago. Had bunches of them around then. Main purpose was to examine lymph nodes as largest before was 2.0 cm with a couple at 1.8 and 1.5 but my Oncologist, who I really like, was convinced it was unlikely lymphoma so did a two month follow up and now this one. In fact, this preceded the IPF diagnosis although ultimately same CT's showed the IPF. Got call from primary doctor's nurse saying lymph nodes were smaller so that would seem to confirm just caused by some other unknown cause. I've been checked pretty well for autoimmune diseases so could be a thousand things. So, no biopsy required and fine there. Don't know what the IPF looked like. Pulmonologist will tell me next week, but he's not a believer in repeating CT's regularly to track IPF. By your Sats and oxygen levels and PFT's you know. Not like you need to look at it on a CT to see what you already know.
