Guest guest Posted March 29, 2008 Report Share Posted March 29, 2008 Hi, I am new to the group, and I was hoping you may be able to help clear some of my confusion. I have been on SCD now for nearly two weeks, I am having trouble with introducing new foods, and have heard that once I introduce yoghurt or probiotics, I should start to see improvements. I am hoping to be able to tolerate the yoghurt, but the way things are going I am not too sure. I live in a small town, and my naturopath is going to get me some probiotics while away next week. I am also expecting my yogourmet starter in the next few days. My question is, should I go on both the probiotics, and the yoghurt, introduce just one and then the other, or just take the yoghurt, or, or, or......? Any help would be much appreciated.
