Guest guest
Oh Tess! My Mom and I will both have you in our prayers tonight. She said that's just how hers started, that fast. What lousy luck about just having the Remicade. After all that time without it, you get sick within days of your infusion. Please rest, push fluids, and call your PCP if you worsen. I love you and will be praying often for you to get well quickly. Lots and lots of love and ((((((((((((((((gentle hugs)))))))))))))))), Carol [ ] sick Hi...saw my PCP and she said severe bronchitis, possible pneumonia, infected throat & glands, dehydrated, and asthma flared. She rx'd Tequin and some breathing meds,, bed rest and push fluids, said if I am worse or no better by Sunday may have to be hospitalized. She was concerned about the Remicade, but I already had it. Two days ago I really thought I only had a sore throat. Then things have gone wacky. Love... Tess
Guest guest
That is terrible news, Tess! I hope it doesn't come to a trip to the hospital. I praying that you will improve. Guest guest
Hi Stacey, Between the weather, your illness, and Wyatt's, you sure aren't getting much relief, are you? I hope they are able to get your meds adjusted to get things calmed down. Unfortunately, not much can be done about the weather. We've had some nasty storms too, and our power was out last night. We have a river that runs through the middle of town, and if it gets any higher it will be over the banks. I'll keep you in my prayers so just snuggle into God's arms and relax. Peace and grace, Judi

Guest guest
Stacey, I'm sorry you've been feeling so bad and that the Remicade made you feel worse instead of better. I hope the increased MTX helps. Your weather has been awful, and I'm sure the storms are having an effect on your pain. I was feeling really good for several weeks, but these storms have kicked my butt. It has been a terrible spring. I guess it could be much worse. I hear about what is going on with all the tornados in the midwest and I'm glad we live where we do. I hope you and Wyatt feel better soon. a > Hi Everyone, > I haven't posted in a while because I have been so sick and in a lot of pain. > I had a Remicade infusion on 5/1 and have been sick since then. Guest guest
Dear Laine...I had Remicade on Feb. 5, and by Feb, 12 I had pneumonia, possible viruses and asthma, which I am still not fully recovered from. This is way too similar. I hope you are doing better. Are you taking something in place of Remicade? For now, I'm on inj. mtx and pain meds. Hugs... Guest guest
That is awful, Tess. I hope you bounce back quickly. Please rest if you can. I agree and do believe that 91 degrees at any time of the day in any city that you are in or I am in should be illegal. Guest guest
Tess, You are having unseasonably hot weather, and we're having unseasonably COLD weather. It's still going down in the 50's here at night. I'd love to have a 91 degree day just so I know summer still exists. My pool is still covered and normally I've been swimming for a few weeks. I'm sorry the heat affects you so much. Please send the heat our way! a > Please forgive me if I'm not quite on the ball today...I had to do some > errands today but it was 91 at noon in Portland which should be ILLEGAL > and I got a rashy face & big tummy troubles. Guest guest
Hi, I'm really trying not to be too wimpy here but I'm hoping someone will have some great home remedy/advice. I've somehow managed to get Bronchitis - I'm on the antibiotics and my doctor has given me some inhaler thingy but it takes a bit for the antibiotics to kick in. Right now I feel like crap, have coughing bouts and loose my vioce if I try to talk for more than 2 minutes. Topping it off, the joints have now decided to join in the fun! I've been drinking lots of fluids - any suggestions??
