bank of america credit card with ccfa!!! huh??

my husband handed me the mail today.. i see the usual- junk, credit

card offers, catalogues and so on. then something odd is staring at

me? what is this?

bank of america, crohn's and colitis foundation of america? huh, what?

in cahoots for a %0 apr credit card offer to april 2009? uhh, what's

going on here? why does bank of america have this information in the

first place? what is going on? is ccfa selling this info? the

picture.. a bank of america credit card and on the left hand corner

ccfa and the logo! turns out that bank of america is ccfa's bank!

this seems totally unethical to me! how can this be legal? this has

ramifications on my personal information!! what is going on here? i

don't even know where to begin to send a complaint letter!!
