tell us a bit more about that, how does it happen? are you truly hungry

and need to eat, but your mind is focused on other things not the diet?

or are you piling on more food after a meal and you are not hungry? my

planning goes down the tubes when I'm stressed, emotionally or

physically. I don't eat more, I eat the wrong things. I forget to eat,

I don't eat enough, I grab an atkins bar when I need a real meal... then

I get too hungry, well you get the picture!
