Guest guest
In my case my TURP relieved my BHP symptoms markedly (good stream, good emptying, only once a night & then at about 4 hours get up to pee). What TURP costs is sex life - no more semen, no more ejaculation, and a pissed off wife. Viagra may get it up but it'll be just dry runs. No TURP is very long term, because prostate enlargement will continue and there is a risk for scar tissue. On my last digital, my doc noted one side (lobe) had some thickening. This could be a new tumor or enlarged scar tissue - so my game is redo PSA in 6 months then maybe ultrasound with biopsy. If clean, I will campaign for the laser TURP as it does not mean a hospital admittance and at my age only needs to tune up the first TURP On Jan 12, 2011, at 8:50 AM, ProstateCancerSupport wrote: > There are 3 messages in this issue. > > Topics in this digest: > > 1a.
