Guest guest
, I am very happy for your good report. Hang in there! Weaning off below 3 mg. of prednisone gets a bit tricky. Don't go too fast! I tricked my system by alternating a bit and that worked for me. I had scheduled hand surgery but doc had death in family and now gone out of town. SO, I sort of feel it is an omen to hold off on the surgery. I have been very busy at work right now and maybe not such a good time to do it anyway. I'm glad I could help somebody. Guest guest
, That's wonderful news - so glad the therapy is working for you. I've never gotten that low in my prednisone taper, but understand that when you do it's a good idea to drop by 1/2 mg at a time (or even less) by splitting pills rather than by 1 mg. Hope things continue so well for you. Beth > Hi all, > > Not been posting, just reading . Thought I would pass on to all > that I saw my rheumatologist today.
