Guest guest
The fatigue is basically your body going through Carb withdrawals, once you adjust to just the specific carbs you will regain your energy, I've been off and on the scd for many number of years and I can tell you that following the diet fanatically saved my life. intially started fanatically in 98, and regained my health and energy.. like many has said alot of 2 steps forward one step back, I have been medication free since 2005, but have been starting to experience some symptoms and have made yogurt so i can back on the wagon!!!! So to stop my rambling, keep the faith, stay the course the exhaustion will subside once you adjust to a different way of eating!!
