Guest guest
: I do " tweak " my eggs, 'cause even though my DH doesn't eat very LC, he likes it when I cook breakfast. 1) I mix 1 tsp. Caeser or garlic salad dressing (I like Marie's) with the eggs for an omelette or scrambled. Nice flavor; low carb. 2) I make a " frittata " omelette: pour beaten eggs in the pan, place pepperoni all around like a pizza, smother with mozzarella. Let it get nice and brown, then flip it like a pizza. (That part requires skill and luck!) 3) I can literally eat anything for breakfast. Let go of the " eggs are for breakfast " and whip up some tuna and mayo, or carve off a hunk of ham or turkey, etc. Quick, fast, and on plan. Barb PS Do you happen to be from MN? I noticed your ISP (pressenter.com) hosts a local organization's web site.
