Guest guest
Hi ... can you please tell me what type of tumor you had behind your knee? The symptoms you describe sound very familiar, but the tumor I have (so I'm told) is on the perennial (sp?) nerve and basically a guarantee to drop that foot if removed. I went to try to get it out once, however I told the doc beforehand, " Test it and if that foot will drop, back off. " He did just that. The tumor is still there and growing. The nerve pain on that leg has become so bad that I really don't think my lumbar cluster is the whole cause. Part, yes, but not all of it. I worry about what you said re: circulation. Was your tumor on the perennial nerve? Has anyone had that removed WITHOUT foot drop occurring? To be truthful, I don't care if the foot drops, I have a hard time walking on that foot now anyway. It reminds me of freezing feet. Numb and if you tap a toe, you want to scream murder. A real joy going shoe shopping. Jennette
