Guest guest
, A colonoscopy is part of the required battery of tests that are typically done as part of the evaluation for lung transplant. I had ulnar nerve damage when I shattered my radius two years ago, and nerve pain is no fun. I still have tingling in two of my fingers (and a very crooked hand). You're a trouper - it's good to hear from you! Peggy, You've definitely got a stack of hearts from me to you. You couldn't lose me if you tried! Kathie, You made me laugh out loud! I can relate to the idea of being a human sprinkler. ha! I forgot to tell everyone that my new San transplant pulmo is very cute, now that the topic has been mentioned. In fact, the surgeon was eye candy too. Better still, the doctor's NAME is Dr. Angel. It's pronounced ahn-hel, but however you say it, how cool is that to have an Angel on your potential transplant team!? Irene, I'm really fine. I definitely do have a stronger feeling that something BIG's maybe about to happen after getting double-listed. But I still sleep well at night and don't jump when the phone rings, so all's well. Life's such a grand adventure, and most days I'm enjoying the ride. Hugs, Gwynne IPF 7/04 listed for transplant 3/07 & 2-08 Texas
