I followed the link given and used the "Locate a Sam's Club" and found that ALL of the stores listed in PA are doing this service on June 4, rather than on June 11.

Gentlemen,

Sam’s Clubs in many areas of the United States as well as Honolulu, Hawaii and Anchorage, Alaska will be offering FREE SCREENINGS that will include Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) testing and Thyroid-stimulating Hormone (TSH) testing. Participants will also be given standard BMI, blood pressure, and glucose tests.

This event will occur ONLY on Saturday, June 11th, between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. in the pharmacy area of Sam’s Clubs.

I did the same and Missouri is the 4th and Kansas is the 11th
