I did see a post or something about a

month or so ago about a report that they have found a relationship between PCa and

some skin cancers. That is about all I remember about it at the moment.

Re: Skin Rash

Roy,

I was diagnosed at age 50, 4/12 positive G (3+3). Right after being diagonsed

and prior to commencing treatment, I developed folliculitis on my right cheek. I've

tried anitbiotics, Blue Light Therapy, Presscripition creams etc everything,

and it still hasn't gone away.

I don't know what brought it on, but I can't say the timing of it wasn't

peculiar.

begun treatment yet. My PSA has stayed at 5.0 over the last 9 months and 3 tests.

My Gleason is 6 (3+3) and I had 5 of 12 cores show cancer from my biopsy.

and buttocks. It looks like some form of psoriasis, but I've never had these or

any other skin symptoms or problems. I'm scheduled to see a dermatologist. My

PCP expressed grave concern, but would not venture an opinion as to what the

source of this skin condition might be. Has anyone else experienced these kinds

of skin rashes and/or does it seem likely that it is related to my cancer?

Thanks.
